For the Northeastern University segment of the social media photography assignment, I used the incredible architecture of ISEC to serve as the setting of my photo. The inspiration struck when I was studying on the second floor and looking down at the first floor, as I observed the multi functionality of the building. Some were studying, some were attending lectures, and some were sipping coffee at the Italian cafe on the first floor. In front of me, students were using the open kitchen to heat up burritos and make themselves lunch. In my photo, tried to portray the stunning architecture of Northeastern’s newest building.
For the Historical Boston segment of the social media assignment, I captured the front entrance of the Boston Public Library, located in Copley Square. The library is located in the heart of the Back Bay and is architecturally exquisite. Every time I walk by, I am always amazed that it’s a library because the way it stands atop Copley Square reminds me of a courthouse. Nevertheless, the Boston Public Library is representative of both Boston’s history and architectural style.

For the third and final segment of the photography assignment, I chose the Time Out Market as my news topic. The Time Out Market, located in Fenway, is an indoor food market featuring an array of worldly cuisines including: Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, and American. The market has a similar to vibe to a European food market and has proven to be a local hit, particularly on weekends. Seating is not limited, but the open tables do fill up quickly. On MLK day, dozens were gathered alongside the food vendors waiting for seats to open up, as the crowd had outnumbered the maximum seating capacity.
